A dozen media partners and counting…
The inaugural AutoSens conference, still six months away, has already hit its initial target for media partners.
The wide variety of organisations, publications and websites have audiences in North America, Asia and Europe. Including trade organisations, consultancies and specialist media outlets for the motor vehicle technology, sensing technology and autonomous driving business sectors, these contribute to a growing stable of industry partners, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors committing to AutoSens 2016.
Rob Stead, Managing Director of Sense Media Events is also the Conference Director of AutoSens. “I’m really pleased with the marketing team’s efforts to secure such a broad range of partners so far ahead of our inaugural event. Knowing they have got the media on board really makes our job in generating sales far easier!”
Alex Lawrence-Berkeley, Marketing Manager for the event, stated that the progress had been a challenge but made considerably easier by the reputation of the conference director in the industry, as well as the quality of the commercial partners already committed to the event. “What’s really surprised me is that our media partners have really engaged with what we’re trying to achieve in terms of the tone and quality of our planned event.”
“It’s invigorating to hear people around the industry reflect the growing excitement and anticipation of the conference and of course that reinforces our growing momentum over the coming months.”
Sophie West, Marketing Director for Sense Media Group, agreed. “All event organisers know the value of getting media partners on board, and I’m delighted that we are able to not just create and develop productive relationships with our friends around the industries we connect with, but also to support our team by giving them the time and strategy to ensure we do things to a high standard.”
“Ultimately, that’s central to the values of our business. It’s a pleasant change to be able to spend time doing things to the best of our abilities, rather than just blindly chasing targets without considering the consequences. I think it’s fair to say that this milestone was hit very early simply because of the care and attention we have been able to put in place throughout all of our work, supported by a fantastic advisory board and including the conference agenda, and that’s something I think we can be proud of.”
